Bear Valley Bed & Breakfast offers a private suite in an elegant log home. This 4,000-square-foot home overlooks the city, Cook Inlet, Alaska Range and Chugach Mountains in Anchorage. The residence is tastefully decorated with warm and cozy log cabin accents.
You will enjoy complete privacy in this new
Log House. Master suit (over 1000 s. feet / 93s. meters) with separate entry, living room,
kitchen, bathroom and outside hot tub for 6 people. Accommodations include a large bedroom
with two queen beds and futon (allowing the suite to sleep up to six persons), living room
with TV/radio, and bar stools at kitchen counter. If you're looking for a hideaway, this
is it!
Amenities include a television, phone, coffee maker, as well as a full kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a selection of cereals, teas, jam and fresh fruit. The refrigerator is stocked with milk, juices, yogurt, and more. On the patio we provide also grill for your catch of the day.
Visit Chugach State Park , discover Potter Marsh Bird Sanctuary, and feel the allure of Mt. McKinley in the distance. There are terrific hiking and biking trails to be enjoyed by foot as well as by horse within minutes. Visit the Alaska Zoo, Cook Inlet, and Hilltop Ski Area or 35 minutes drive to world famous Alyeska Ski Resort.
